What do I think about these Primark cable navy blue tights? Good. The pattern was bold and clear but they were a bit scratchy. Probably not noticeable but I have been wearing quite a few soft wool hosiery and my skin has got a bit sensitive.

Au revoir Gerbe! These lovely tights have made their way onto the stairway of no return. I love the colour, I love the pattern, I love the slippery slidey feeling I get when I walk over a polished floor. I have worn these a few times in the past few weeks. Their first appearance was just before Christmas but now they must be sent to the away due to a hole in the thigh. Au revoir Gerbe

I’m brightening up the place by wearing these hose.co.uk lilac cactus seam tights. Had an appointment with oncology and thought I’ll bring a little tropical spice into the clinic.

As well as wearing a repeat cycle of comfortable tights during my post op period, I have also been wearing patterned knee high socks. Check these out for maximum outfit coordination! Hey I’m at home and in theory no one can see me.

This is the selection of tights I have been wearing during my recovery. With a mending scar from my belly button downwards, wearing lycra rich hosiery would have hurt too much. I needed tights that for me pulled up high up my belly, had a looser fit and were less likely to fall down. Granted all I am doing is moving from sofa to sofa to bed but it was better for me if they were belly warmers. The first for 2017 has been these from my Christmas present stack. Thick cotton tights from Vincent Creation. Black and grey stripes, because hey, if a girl is house bound when the time to go for a PET/CT scan arrives I must be seen! I think the lack of social interactions has made my style sense go off a bit. You’ll see in some posts the absence of any coordination but see it my way I can wear anything I want because no one can see me.

This is a real picture taken the other night before we went out for a curry and catch up with friends. I am starting to feel a bit more normal and these scheduled posts are getting me all confused. These are a legavenue rewear probably bought from their Europe site legavenuestore.com and chosen for it’s very high gusset and tummy area. First worn on “Faux Christmas“. My stomach is still a little tender and prolonged pressure causes me trouble so I look for belly warmers.
