seamed

I’ve failed you all
Yes, I’ve failed you all! I have let my blog down by not attending to it more regularly. My excuses…
- I am lazy
- I haven’t been as motivated
- It’s summer now
- I’m not wearing hosiery as much because…
- I am at home ill (pulling out the C card here to get more sympathy)
I am presenting today these lacy tights with seams. Don’t know the brand but they’re from my Christmas present collection from my good friends.
legs and feetĀ
I have the pleasure of telling you what these tights are… Gipsy, Gothic, cut and sewn lace. Thanks to Gipsy tights via my instagram.

Star Gazing
We went on a star gazing outing last night to try to capture the stars. Luckily I have in my possession a asteroid seamed pair of tights.
From Hose. , my cactus tights are from them too. They are a 100 denier hosiery, extremely soft to the touch. What I like about this brand are the colours the tights come in and the intricate designs.

Supernatural Powers
Using my supernatural powers, with my supernatural hosiery, I am willing the cold away! With images and thoughts of hot, summery things, the winter will go and I can bask in the warmth. That was my idea with these cactus seamed purple tights from hosetights. Did it work? Not really, you see I don’t possess supernatural powers. The tights were good though! Warm, cosy, thick. The colour was deep and inspiring. I do have seam problems and at some points during the day they became side seams on one leg and off back seams on the other. I just have a funny way of walking.

Adrian Lora
Had a bit of fun with Adrian Lora tights today. Check out the back
with the bow at the top, There’s also the backseam which always look glamorous
From the cover picture you can see the wide garter thigh detail.
Finally I thought you should see the cover picture to see the design from the back
Great fun with fun coloured knickers!

Ballerina 127
Ballerina 127, sorry for the lack of imaginative title but this post is a bit late and a bit late in the day too. Lots of pictures though to show off all the features.
So Ballerina hosiery 127 hold ups, in black sheer with a lacetops
a lovely floral and cross hatch pattern.
Followed by mock suspenders,
leading to a side pattern which is both on inside and outside leg and a garland knee pattern encircling the knee.
I had major problems with them falling down. Not sure if this was because they have been frozen or if due to adjustment to get the correct positioning that I over fuzzed the glue. My advice is to not use a wet paper towel to clean the glue but a wet sponge, as the better option.
Finally one last view

Zip it
Zip it today! A simple backseam in the style of a zip. Hopefully a small detail that the eagle eyed noticed. Bought from tightsandmore by Gabriella, 20 denier, they had the typical Gabriella silky feel. Great service and quality goods from both.

Love Pamela Mann
Today’s Valentines special are Love Pamela Mann tights and love Pamela Mann everyone should. They have a range of fantastic designs which can be as outgoing as you want to be. This pair “signature love seamed” is exactly what it says on the tin! A black back seamed with the signature “love” and a bow to tie everything up at the bottom. Another perfect addition to a special day going out outfit.

Colours define the mood
Isn’t it funny how colours define the mood. I participated in a poll recently conducted by annie@lingeriebound on the colour of hosiery for valentines, which was sexier red or black? Black won if you wanted to know. This led to me connecting my thinkings with how colours are associated with mood. I wore these today, Trasparenze holdups, Tracee pattern in cream. A floral lace design with a slight lacetop and backseam. The comments were good and bought a sense of nostalgia to my colleagues. However if they were in black the consensus would have been how sexy they were and a few raised eyebrows. So isn’t it funny that colour defines what you think and feel?
