With all these backdated, saved up posts my mind has gone doolally and I can’t remember a thing about these. Light as a feather

As light as a feather. This is Ballerina 135, a light weight hosiery, just right for me when the weather isn’t quite cold but chilly enough. I needed a bit of glamour that day too so these were perfect. A grid base with a side pattern and garter effect of a swirl flourish possibly flowery design.

Fishnet protectors

As usual I’m revealing the secrets of a hosiery wearer with this view of my fishnet protectors. If I’m being an optimist then this is a two for one post. Underneath this sexy exterior lies this! An extra pair of hosiery to stop the fishnets from rubbing my soles and causing blisters. The fishnets are Donna Karan signature collection micro tulle and the socks were a freebie with an order from China. Yes they did protect, and yes I was aware of them all the time, and yes the sexy woman aura wasn’t as sexy.

Lara Wolford not Croft

This is Lara Wolford not Croft. So no utility belts here just a normal day of shopping. Here and next I’m showing a couple of wolford tights. This is “Lara” a thick pair of hosiery in grey and a black tramline side stripe. As always Wolford perform very well. The soft, cosy, comfortable feel was what I expected and got.

Yes greenies not bogies! I think these are brill! I love the colour and the pattern and being part of the winter selection I mentioned on previous posts, they are great value from the Next outlet. Another fabulous pair of hosiery for the cold weather.

Cosmic gold

Here’s a bit of cosmic gold! Look at these. It looked a bit chilly when the day started and so I wore these black opaque Pretty Polly tights but the day became muggy and quite hot later. I wanted a bit of glam too so these fit the bill with a gold glitter backseam. I’ve still got some sparkly on my car seat.

Spin the bottle

I feel like the game “Spin the Bottle” with these tights. These are Oroblu “Brooke” tights. Wonderful abstract sharp shapes and lines. Clear and bold. The backs were opaque black. Comfortable but maybe it’s the way I walk or that my toes and feet are permanently numb, they twisted. They should look like this… but later looked like this… This is actually not a great picture of the movement and earlier in the day they had twisted more than this representation but you get my meaning. Good solid tights but be wary of the positioning after a few hours wear.

Shopping with an extra friend.

Let’s go shopping with an extra friend. Hidden under my skirts is Met up with some wonderful ladies and did lunch and a shop. I bought along an extra friend in the guise of a panda bear. FP has always been a fan of pandas and hopefully in her growing years this has continued. Well we all hope it continues and she’s not too polite to say she isn’t because we still look out for panda connected cornucopia for her. Hi! OMG is that how long I’ve not posted! I am so sorry but I’ve just not been in the zone. My parents came round and we all went for dinner in a little pub in the next village. For a couple of hours I wore these Adrian Artemis tights. The floral pattern was big and bold. It was still very distinct when worn. They glided on even over my legs which are as rough as tree bark at the moment.
